Processing time depends on the warehouse location of your item:

• International warehouse: 3–5 business days

We take this time to carefully prepare, inspect, and pack your order to ensure everything arrives in great condition.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies based on the warehouse:
• Local warehouse: 3–5 business days
• International warehouse: 5–10 business days

What is the total delivery time?

• Local warehouse orders: 4–8 business days
• International warehouse orders: 8–15 business days

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide. However, some countries may be excluded due to shipping restrictions or limited delivery options.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is $6.90, and we offer free shipping on orders over $75.

What do the warehouse tags mean?

Each product shows a warehouse tag below the price.

“USA Warehouse” means faster delivery within the U.S.
• If there is no tag, the item ships from our International Warehouse

Why does processing take a few days?

We understand waiting isn’t always easy. Processing time allows us to carefully prepare your order, perform quality checks, and package everything properly.

We prefer to be transparent and deliver a reliable experience rather than rush and risk mistakes.

Will orders be delayed during holidays?

Yes. During peak seasons like Christmas, Mother’s Day, and other holidays, orders may take slightly longer due to high demand. We recommend ordering early whenever possible.

When will I receive my tracking number?

Tracking information is sent via email within 3–5 business days after your order ships.

I didn’t receive my tracking email. What should I do?

Please check your Spam or Junk folder first. If you still can’t find it, contact us at support@lovoragift.com.

Will my items arrive together?

Not always. If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery.

What if my package is lost or delayed?

All orders include shipping insurance. If your package is lost, delayed, or returned, we’ll assist you and provide a replacement whenever possible.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for eligible non-custom items within 30 days of the purchase date.

What condition must returned items be in?

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Can I return personalized or custom items?

Custom or personalized items are non-returnable because they are made specifically for you.

The only exception is if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

Are sale or clearance items refundable?

No. Sale or clearance items are not eligible for return.

Are gift cards refundable?

No. Gift cards are non-refundable.

How do I request a return?

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was caused by our error.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Please contact us within 2 days of delivery and include your order number, clear photos of the item, and photos of the packaging. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a full refund depending on the situation.

If your order has not been processed, you may request cancellation.

A 20% cancellation fee may apply due to processing costs.

Once the order is processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes, but you must contact us as soon as possible.
• If the order has not shipped yet, we can update it
• If it has already shipped, we cannot guarantee recovery

What happens if my package cannot be delivered?

If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, reshipping fees may apply.
