❌ Order Cancellations
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, you may request a cancellation by contacting us as soon as possible.
Please note that a 20% cancellation fee may apply to cover payment processing and handling costs already incurred.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, we’re very sorry — it is no longer possible to cancel.
🔁 Exchanges (Size or Color)
Need a different size or color? We’ll always try our best to help.
To request an exchange, simply email us at support@lovoragift.com with:
- Your order number
- The item name
- The size or color you would like instead
Please note that exchanges depend on product availability. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue was caused by us.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Because many of our products are made especially for you, personalized or custom items cannot be returned.
These items often include personal details such as names, photos, or messages, and unfortunately cannot be resold.
📦 Returns – 30-Day Policy
We accept returns for eligible non-custom items within 30 days of the purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused
- Be in their original packaging
- Be in the same condition you received them
To start a return, please email support@lovoragift.com with your order details and reason for return.
Email is the only official way to request a return. Messages via social media or comments are not considered formal return requests.

⚠️ Sale Items & Gift Cards
- Items purchased on sale or clearance are not eligible for return
- Gift cards are non-refundable
⚠️ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to fix it.
Please contact us within 2 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.
📮 Return Shipping Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is caused by us
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- We are not responsible for lost return packages
📦 Lost, Refused, or Undeliverable Packages
If your package is delayed or lost, we will always do our best to support you. However, if a package is refused or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees.
📍 Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
- If the order has not shipped yet, we can update it
- If it has already shipped, we cannot guarantee recovery or refunds
💳 Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method only
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank
Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
