The warehouse location is displayed as a tag below the product price.

Example:
If a product shows “USA Warehouse”, it will ship faster within the United States.
If no warehouse tag is displayed, the item will ship from our International Warehouse.

💰 Shipping Fees

  • Standard Shipping: $6.90
  • Free Shipping on orders over $75

🌐 Worldwide Shipping

We ship worldwide. However, some countries may be unavailable due to shipping restrictions, sanctions, or lack of reliable delivery services.


📦 Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email within 3–5 business days.

If you have not received your tracking number after 5 days, please check your Spam/Junk folder first, or contact us at support@lovoragift.com.

💼 Multiple Packages

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately to help speed up delivery. You will receive tracking details for each package.


⏳ Peak Season Notice

During peak seasons such as Christmas, Mother’s Day, and other holidays, processing and shipping times may be slightly delayed due to high demand.

We recommend placing your order early to avoid delays.

🧾 Customs, Duties & Taxes

Prices on our website do not include customs duties or import taxes. These fees, if applicable, are determined by your country’s regulations and are the responsibility of the customer.


📦 Lost or Delayed Packages

All orders include shipping insurance. If your package is delayed, lost, or returned, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost whenever possible.


📍 Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.

  • If the order has not shipped yet, we can update it for you
  • If the order has already shipped, we cannot guarantee recovery or refunds for misdelivered packages
